How fast it actually turns around depends on two things: what's already on the schedule that day, and what's waiting at the property. A rescue job that's really just a missed turnover — beds stripped, trash out, normal wear — moves fast.

How fast it actually turns around depends on two things: what's already on the schedule that day, and what's waiting at the property. A rescue job that's really just a missed turnover — beds stripped, trash out, normal wear — moves fast. One where the outgoing group left the place trashed takes longer than a standard reset, and that's worth saying upfront rather than promising a number that won't hold.
Who actually calls for a rescue turnover?
Most calls come down to one of a few things going sideways at once, not one recurring cause:
- The regular cleaner cancels or no-shows the morning of checkout
- A same-day back-to-back booking the usual crew can't cover
- A maintenance visit ran long and ate into turnover time
- A remote host just found out at the last minute
How fast can it actually happen?
Scottsdale STR Cleaning covers 10 service areas around the city, so where the property sits relative to whatever else is already booked that day factors in too.
What does a rescue turnover cost?
Market STR cleaning rates around Scottsdale typically run $75–$400 per turnover, based on published figures from local providers. Scottsdale STR Cleaning quotes each rescue job individually once it knows the property size and the condition it's actually in, rather than applying one flat number to every emergency call.
Can you clean the same day a guest is checking in?
Current hours: Mon–Sun 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
Do you only work weekdays?
No.
Does a messier-than-usual checkout cost extra?
It can take longer than a standard turnover, which is why Scottsdale STR Cleaning asks what condition the unit is in before quoting the rescue job rather than guessing upfront.
Can you become my regular cleaner after handling a rescue job?
Yes — a number of rescue calls turn into a regular turnover schedule once the original arrangement falls through for good.
